Lots of factors can influence rental charge. OSU does a cash rent survey across the state and then breaks it down for geographical regions. Delaware county falls into “western Ohio” as well as “southwest Ohio”.  They break this out into top quality ground, average quality ground and Bottom quality ground and give some corn and bean yields to help you know which category it falls in.
